Signs your sewer line needs more than a cleaning

  • Drains are slow all over the house, not just one fixture
  • Toilets or floor drains gurgle when water runs somewhere else
  • The same line clogs again weeks after it was cleared
  • Sewage smell inside or near the foundation
  • A wet, sunken or extra-green strip in the lawn over the sewer line
  • Another company quoted a big repair but never showed you footage

The right no-dig repair for your pipe

Trenchless repair isn't one method. The camera shows what condition your pipe is in, and that decides which repair lasts.

Pipe lining (CIPP)

Pipe lining (CIPP)

A resin liner cures into a new, joint-free pipe inside the old one. Best when the pipe is cracked or root-damaged but still holds its shape.

Pipe bursting

Pipe bursting

A bursting head breaks the old pipe apart while pulling new HDPE pipe into the same path. Best for pipe too far gone to line, like deformed Orangeburg.

How it works

Camera inspection

We run a camera through the line and show you what it finds, live.

Clear recommendation

You get the method your pipe needs and a written estimate before any work.

No-dig repair

Our crew repairs the line through small access points, usually in 1 to 2 days.

Camera check

A final camera pass proves the repair before we call it done.

“Marwan performed several tests and gave us plenty of information to help us make decisions about what services to choose; our old house has a handful of plumbing/sewer issues that need to be addressed. We ended up having trenchless pipe lining and the entire process went very smoothly.”

Common questions

How much does trenchless sewer repair cost?

It depends on the length and depth of the line, how far the damage has gone, and which method the pipe allows. That's why we give you a written estimate after the camera inspection, not before. Financing is available, and repairs of $10,000 or more qualify for $1,000 off.

Will you have to dig up my yard?

Usually not. Most trenchless jobs need one or two small access pits instead of a trench across the yard. If the damage sits where trenchless can't reach, like the connection at the street, we'll show you that on camera and explain the option.

How long does it take?

Most residential trenchless repairs are done in 1 to 2 days.

How long does the repair last?

A correctly installed liner or new pipe is built to last decades. The key is choosing the right method for your pipe, which is why every job starts with a camera inspection.

My line was just cleared. Is it fixed?

No. Clearing restores flow but doesn't change the pipe. If roots or a crack caused the clog, the opening is still there. A camera inspection shows if the pipe needs a repair or just maintenance.
